Shut my laptop at 1.30 am last night after working my ass off. Took me back to Gurgaon circa 2010s.

We work with an Indian company to outsource. They've set such an amazing precedent that on calls with my all-white team, the moment they see my brown face, they start talking about the "Indian team" on call. Don't know if I should be angry or sad about it.

@aarshps @p1zzaforbrains Because the billion people are pawns of a culture that objectifies women as Gods, devdaasis or "item girls". There are no singular truths. Reality is intersectional. Two truths can exist in a same argument. And yes a billion people using cultural license can be problematic.
