@jennaroccco Explain how his story makes sense tho! There’s less than a foot of room for him to go behind that wall he says he was behind. And how did he not see KF (where he said she ducked behind) when that’s the only area visible to him? Make it make sense and I’ll listen

My thoughts on the Kelsey Fitzsimmons case after day 1- I feel as though Officer Noonan had reason to believe his life was in danger, and responded accordingly. There is no evidence to support him shooting her for any other reason… other than a perceived threat.

4 months ago I started taking Ivermectin alongside my Dad who is healing colon cancer to see how I may also benefit from it Ivermectin is known for combating parasites that contribute to: 🪱 gut impairment 🪱 having a “sweet tooth” 🪱 malnutrition 🪱 insatiable sugar cravings 🪱 brian fog 🪱 acne / skin conditions 🪱 irritable bowel syndrome 🪱 constant bloating 🪱 anemia 🪱 teeth grinding 🪱 etc…. I can genuinely say after 4 months of experimenting I have noticed it makes a positive difference in the quality of my digestion and sleep cycle I started off with a 12mg dose and gradually moved up to 48mg over the course of several months. I had 2 runs of taking a week off of using it and had a significant change in the “clarity” of my gut. I felt a lot heavier and had slower digestion without it While I consider myself to be a very healthy individual, I still feel like parasitic “infections” are something the average person deals with and is not aware of. We have normalized many versions of less-than-optimal health states when we could actually be feeling better if we took time to do some parasite kill-off. Parasites are not all bad but some do take over and disrupt an otherwise healthy internal ecosystem I plan on continuing my 48mg dosing for a few more months to keep the experiment running and will share my experience along the way. I’m hoping this anecdote helps someone who has been curious about Ivermectin, cancer protocols, or parasite cleansing in general Thanks for reading! Healing is always possible 💚

@PeytonElroy Microdosing diflucane is awesome for overall gut health too. Kills all the mold. You can get it at the pet shop with no prescription and it’s 1/10th of the price

@imriona Bar soap? You mean the communal bacteria slab that collects hair and stares at you from the shower ledge? Body wash is self‑care. Bar soap is what your grandma used. I said what I said. 💀

Raw kidney beans: five of them will hospitalise you. Raw cassava: kills people regularly in food-insecure regions if not processed correctly. Raw elderberries: cyanide compounds. Toxic without cooking. Raw potatoes: solanine. Neurological symptoms in quantity. Raw grain: mycotoxins, lectins, phytates. Requires processing to be safely edible. Raw spinach: oxalates that accumulate in soft tissue with regular use. Raw ribeye: safe. Eaten raw across cultures throughout history. No processing required. The plant kingdom is defending itself. This is not metaphor. The chemistry is real and documented. You don't have to cook a steak to avoid hospital. You absolutely have to cook a red kidney bean.

Justin Aylaian testified that he told KF he wouldn’t meet up with Herat the park. But his texts show that he was willing to, but didn’t have any gas money to get there. It was a delay tactic he was using to get an order on her without telling her. I’m surprised Bradl didn’t grill him about this.

A lot of people in carnivore spaces hit a wall. Weight loss stops. Energy tanks. Hunger returns. Sleep gets rough. Then they increase fat intake and everything starts moving again. This isn't a fluke. It's what happens in an insulin-resistant body that hasn't learned to access stored fat yet. When insulin stays elevated, fat cells resist releasing energy. The body acts like it's starving even when it's sitting on a full tank of stored fuel. Cutting fat on top of cutting carbs makes it worse. The body loses glucose as fuel but can't tap into stored fat either. It goes into survival mode. Dietary fat acts as a bridge. It stabilizes energy, lowers cortisol, improves satiety, and tells your body that fuel is available. Once it trusts that, it lets go of stored fat. Weight loss doesn't restart because calories stopped mattering. It restarts because access was finally restored. This is why I needed more fat early on and less later. That's not a contradiction. That's metabolic repair. If this has been your experience, you weren't doing it wrong. Your body was protecting itself. Now it's healing.
