All of this after sending a replacement TV that doesn’t work and going through customer care for almost 2 hours and providing same information twice to your agents. Shittiest customer service ever!

After providing all the information, the agent now says, I need to wait for 24-48 hours for an email from them. So just to get all the details from the customer, you need 24-48 hours, and after that another 24-48 hours for your assessment on the issue.

.@TCL_USA got Google TV from which went on fritz after a software update in 6 months. Since I had warranty, I got a replacement, a Fire TV that I’ve not been able to be setup.

At best, Saavi was a 5/10 movie

Don’t know what’s all the fuss about. Comedy-horror executed so poorly only to loosely connect a few other films to make a forced franchise. The actual horror is that we get to see more films with these characters. #Stree2

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia One of worst things is that there is no easy way to disconnect the service. @airtelindia’s thanks app doesn’t provide the option. When googled, it says to send an email to an airtel address. Again, genius! Make it harder to leave so the customer abandons the idea to disconnect.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It only proves that either they lack the technical expertise to fix the issue quickly or their service is the absolute worst since day-long outages are not common with any internet provider.

Another day, and another unplanned outage, this time due to a technical issue. As usual, the estimated time to repair gets pushed every 3 hours. Pathetic service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
