Not able to find the people you follow when you search for them? Tired of having to find them by typing in their exact username? Just found the solution. Go to Settings and Privacy -> Privacy and Security -> Content you see -> Search settings -> Untick both options. Voilà!

Seems if you're as shadowbanned as me, they've taken to automatically muting accounts from searches.🙄This fixed it for me.
