So as you probably know already @Mothdusky filed a DMCA claim against me for posting the AI art. The DMCA process on X is automated. Filing a claim does not prove she won or that she’s right. It is a claim only. So I have to file a counter claim to restore the posts. It’s annoying but I’m doing it. Takes 10-14 days to get reinstated. Then we go to court if she continues to pursue. I’m not backing down. One thing this whole process has shown me is that @Mothdusky likes to bully others. She doesn’t want or cannot have a discussion like normal people, so she bullies to get what she wants. I’m building my case.

@PupXylon That’s not how buying art works. If you’re commissioning an artist and agreeing to their TOS, then act against the TOS, you’re breaking the agreement you’ve made with the artist up front, which is a big violation of trust

@filothefloof @Mothdusky He paid so it’s his art now. He can edit, crop, recolour or wherever he wants with pic. Like if I bought your house, I’m allowed to paint wall, add carpet over wood floor and change anything. You can’t come into my house and tell me to not change anything.
