Let me be the first to say I hope everything I said about Fletcher Loyer is used by him for motivation and he averages 20+ppg and shoots 50% from the field. Trust me. I WANT him to prove me wrong.

The thing about the Indiana Fever this season is that even our wins have been ugly. Sure, our losses have been close and mostly fiercely contested, until tonight. I know that on paper it looks like our Offense and Defense ratings are good… but they’re early season numbers and hiding what is plain to see with the eyes. This is not a good team. This is not good basketball. Caitlin Clark is being held back. Our big 3 are not being allowed to get in sync. And our schemes suck. We can’t win well against teams that will end up middle of the pack. We will be a bottom 25% team by the end at this rate. It’s visible. Watch the games, not the stats.
