NFL 🔒 #1 49ers win total O 10+ (-155) Not even trying to be biased when I say this is one crazy line 49ers ended last season with a 12-5 record despite having one of the worst defenses in the league. And what was the weakest link on that defense? DL + DL depth. What did the 49ers go heavy on in the offseason? DL. Traded for a top 20 DT in Osa Odighizuwa while drafting edge Romello Height in the 2026 draft who in my opinion showed signs of being a better pass rusher than his teammate/top 2 pick David Bailey. Only thing that’s stopping this defense is injuries and that’s a BIG risk with this 49ers team On the other side of the ball the 49ers made if obvious that they’re going to air the ball out this season picking up, Mike Evan’s, De’Zhaun Stribling, & Christian Kirk. Despite missing Brock Purdy for multiple games + other starters the 49ers still finished 10th for points scored (25.7) & 5th in passing yards per game (244.5). With all the new firepower don’t expect the scoring to stop anytime soon for this 49ers team. Biggest concern is the OL which has always been the issue for this team. Now for the schedule. 49ers are ranked 18th for SOG this season which is more middle of the pack. They have the rams week 1 in Australia which I actually have them losing but then get gifted the dolphins + cardinals b2b at home. If the 49ers can even stay somewhat healthy this is a 11+ win team
