You know that one charger you always guard like your life depends on it? Yeah… the exact one someone casually picked up without even looking at your face to ask.
You noticed immediately—but instead of reacting, you just leaned back like, “okay… let me observe this nonsense.”
You watched them use it. No shame. No “thanks.” Just vibes.
That’s when the plan entered your head.
You stayed calm the whole time, even cracked jokes, acted normal… like you didn’t already decide their phone was about to suffer.
Then the moment came.
Their phone dropped to like 3%. You could literally see the panic building. That small urgency in their voice when they said,
“Abeg, where that charger I dey use?”
That was your cue.
You didn’t rush. You didn’t even look guilty. You just said casually,
“Ohh that one? I thought you were done with it. I gave it to someone else.”
Silence.
The confusion on their face? Priceless. They started checking everywhere, asking people, moving around like their whole digital life was about to end.
Meanwhile, your charger? Safely tucked in your bag the whole time.
You just sat there watching the chaos you created, fighting the urge to smile too hard 😭
And when their phone finally went off…
you just shook your head like, “next time, ask.”
