Is there anything we can do other than get support on Twitter? (Purley)Redoubtables will be 100 years old next year. We have nurtured so many @englandcricket and county players over the years, nearly folded but now have a big junior girls section and future we don’t want to lose!

Unfortunately Purley Redoubts have withdrawn from the @WomensCricketSL this season. We have been unable to get enough players to form a side. We’ll continue to grow our girls section & hope women’s club cricket (hard ball)gets the attention needed from @ECB_cricket & counties
