@vadercomic Yeah her original fiction book was really awful with how she used people of color as a prop for her colonizing main character… if you love padme don’t read her books her racism absolutely seeps into her Star Wars stuff too, it was so jarring I had to put to book down for a while

I really hate the new padme book will be about Anakin and Padmé’s relationship considering how absolutely shit the first one was. Wild Space will always be cannon to me it’s so absolutely perfect defining the very beginning of their marriage

@vadercomic For the bi rep. Sabe says she doenst want to be with this guy bc shes dedicated to Padme, the next paragraph they start having sex. They do not discuss they want to have sex. Sabe goes from saying she can’t be with him and the next sentence is them having sex

@vadercomic Advertising as bi rep when there was none. Padme is perfect and can make no mistakes ever. The book has no through line it feels like independent unconnected thoughts. Makes the Clovis arc even worse. Padme says something space racist

If Obi-wan and Vader actually have a battle in the kenobi series that would suck so bad like lol

Nothing will beat in Wild Space Padme asks Anakin to marry her in part to spite obi-wan maybe even BECAUSE he told her to cut it off with him

Then again they did make Palpatine Anakin’s dad so I guess it wasn’t too batshit to believe lol

Remember when the comics tricked people into thinking Padme was alive when it was just Sabe that was so funny let’s do it again

Love square between Anakin Padme Sabe and Rex is so big brain like. In the end Anakin and padme spend more time apart than together and Rex and Sabe are pinning so bad. the tragedy of love in front of you that you can’t have and the love that exists but that’s never by your side

Okay. For the Brotherhood novel my expectations are decently written, prequels characterization, and no Jedi revisionism. This is all I ask

So glad I decided not to watch TBB what I dont experience can’t hurt me
