Very disappointed with @BlueDart_ and @Lifestyle_Store. My parcel is marked delivered but I have still not received it. No OTP was shared and no proof of delivery provided. Complaint already raised multiple times but still no resolution. Kindly resolve urgently.

@BlueDart_ @Lifestyle_Store No help from customer care, no help on Twitter/X either. Repeating the same “parcel delivered” statement does not solve the issue when the parcel is actually missing. Kindly resolve this immediately or I will escalate this matter to the consumer forum.

@BlueDart_ @Lifestyle_Store Still no resolution from lifestylestores.com⁠� regarding my missing parcel. Customer care keeps saying parcel was delivered, but I have NOT received it. No OTP was shared with me. 2 parcels delivered, 1 missing. Request immediate investigation and refund/replacement.
