@TumiD_ @KayKay_84 While I refuse to condemn humus [it is in fact DELICIOUS], OP was re protein alts. With a soy allergy, I looked into using chick peas as alt [better tasting too] but was disappointed at the relatively low protein count. Not as low as samp and beans, but still. Anyway, Eat ahead!

@News24 What a gross abuse of power! Are there no regulations for Bank execs that cap earnings of this nature? Govt? The more they lay off people calling it evolution of banking, the higher the salaries of Execs seem to go. Do banks not have unions? For 1 person, 85 bar‼️ pure greed

@AsanteOnBoards The bloated banking oligopoly operate on exclusive state granted licenses to create money when they issue loans. Why are so many of those who concerned about govt corruption or about public servants being overpaid, seemingly ok with bank execs making 20x more than the President?

Over the course of a single day we see reports that Israeli occupation forces massacred a convey of international aid workers, bombed the Iranian embassy in Damascus, and executed doctors at Al-Shifa, while inflicting famine on a civilian population. This regime must be stopped.

@KayKay_84 If you're Ok with cheese, I would think that may be your route. Lots of variety [hmmmm, feta....], flavour, works with most staples, paneer works great in stews and the like. Ranging from affordable to what, are you insane?!

@Lephutshe @wiesiede I don't understand how black billionaires existing will help the black poor? I mean, my president is a billionaire, as is his brother in law, and that is a disaster.

You know what I don’t understand, I don’t understand how there isn’t a Black owned Shoprite and PicknPay in South Africa? We need a strong Black government. And also, how did the Somalian and Pakistani took over the spazashop market in South Africa?

@tzwide1 Agree with the support point. As apartheid capitalism [where does one stop and the other begin? No one knows] destroyed society's inbuilt support structures, the state must step up to fill that need for whatever ppl use their land for till communities or society strong enough to.

@tzwide1 That's fine, but needs a structure to keep land that people sell in/among the wider community Thatcher's sell off of municipal housing and Brazil's experiment in providing houses for people as a wealth/business base were disasters as houses ended up with developers or landlords.
