rocket league players should not be relying on AI slop to analyze their gameplay and should instead analyze their own gameplay and get analysis from real humans that give them targeted and relevant feedback based on their current skill level

turns out Rocket League has a real timeStats API. plugged into it. scraped a baseline from RLCS pros (Zen, Vatira..). wired AI on top. after every match it tells me, in plain English, where i'm bleeding rank. today: "you played for survival, not pressure." who wants to try it?

This is awesome. Would love to see similar programs across all major collegiate titles eventually. One of the problems I always run into is students who are excited and passionate about casting but need guidance from a mentor to reach the level we need to put them on air.

In addition to the changes listed, this patch also features: • Default team colors in Free Play • Fine-tuning settings for the Flip Reset Indicator. The following are available in a dropdown menu: On, Off, Audio-Only, Visuals-Only. • Flip Resets trackable in the Career Stats page. The car and ball must both be in the air for it to count. • Ability to hide the default in-game HUD via the Interface tab, allowing for custom broadcast overlays.

@zoomingturtle @LNDRLNDRLNDR creates a websocket that can be used as a feed for overlays that need constant stay and game updates to function. basically keeps custom overlays alive

StatsAPI solves the main concern I had which is that removing BakkesMod would end custom overlays.

Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) is now required for online play in Rocket League on PC. @Pyroblockx @AstrohRL flaw in that is in rocket league the clock will still display 1s passed if 1.9 seconds pass, if the ball travels at appx. 100kph it should make it right? or does it not do that

Isnt it impossible for the ball to get to the net in less than 2 seconds with a normal shot? Wouldnt it have to be some kind of pinch?

the setup was very similar to a kickoff; if one team tries to pinch and the other team runs a fake it's feasible. so more "very very unlikely" than "impossible"

- TSM's rating has slowly ticked up throughout the event, moving their odds closer to 5-to-1. Scenarios haven't changed otherwise
- TSM, KINOTROPE, and NORTHSTAR all control their own destiny, though if NS win the event they have a two- or three-way tiebreaker to win afterwards
