Today I learned that in English: words starting with "gl-" often relate to light: gleam, glint, glance, glare, glaze, glimpse, glitter, gloss, glower, glisten, glaze, glitz, glazed. words starting with "sn-" often relate to nose: sniff, sneeze, snuff, snore, snort, snot.

Guru-guru… kalau nggak duduk di meja menikmati hidangan, berarti lagi jadi hidangan makanannya.
Punya suara dalam pengambilan keputusan itu bukan cuma soal negosiasi gaji. Tapi juga soal kebijakan disiplin, penilaian, kurikulum, ukuran kelas, aturan absensi, pilihan teknologi, dan banyak hal lain yang langsung memengaruhi guru dan siswa setiap hari.
Kalau guru nggak dilibatkan, ya gurulah yang paling sering kena getahnya di lapangan.

It’s about discipline policies, grading expectations, curriculum changes, classroom sizes, attendance policies, technology decisions, and countless other choices that directly impact teachers and students every day. When teachers have no voice in those decisions, they’re often the ones forced to deal with the consequences afterward.
