@AnnastaciaMP My Xmas cake recipe comes out of a wool shed recipe book & it is very similar to this one - the major difference being the macadamia nuts. The drovers cake should be delicious and keep for a very long time if it is anything like the one I make. Thanks for sharing.

The Queensland drover's fruit cake recipe was given to my father back when he was the Agriculture Minister, and it has since become a Christmas tradition for our family. #Christmas
