This week is Police Week, a series of days during which we pay special tribute to the fallen heroes who served their communities and our nation, who gave to the cause of our safety and security the last full measure of their devotion.

In every region we travel to on our bus tour, we visit our volunteer fire departments to thank the dedicated men and women who give back to their communities. We started our day off in Prince George’s County at the Beltsville Volunteer Fire Department to tour their historic firehouse, which has served Beltsville since the 1940s.

@trapper831 New bird is still a bit of a mystery. She came to me yesterday. Today she had some peppers, mangoes, cherries, apples and carrots this morning. A lil stand offish. Was abused/neglected and became a plucker

Well with no sunrise and just a dusting of snow farm chores for the morning are complete and we decided we wanted spaghetti for breakfast but if I’ve been up since 130 is it really breakfast for me?

@dave_drm She can eat anything we eat except chocolate and avocado. She loves 🌶, sugar snap peas, pizza and spaghetti. Regular diet fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. She says Hello, whatta doin, what the fuck, what TF ya doin, NO and babbling. (Pellet stove noise)
