RHQ QG SIGNALS welcomed CO 1 Sig Regt, 3 Sig Regt, 22 Sig Regt and OC 247 Gurkha Sig Sqn representing CO 16 Sig Regt in the RHQ QG SIGNALS with a special focus on Recruit Intake 2023 Trainees. RI23 Induction team briefed their trg progress and COs gave insight of their unit.

QG SIGNALS PUBLIC DUTIES RECCE Comd, GM and RSM QG SIGNALS along with other members of the Regiment recced several locations in London for public duty preparation as part of Paltan’s 75th Anniversary celebration. The team was hosted by the Headquarters Household Division.

Celebrating the anniversary of Queen’s Gurkha Signals. Today marks the anniversary of the cap-badging ceremony of Queen's Gurkha Signals (then known as Gurkha Royal Signals). Formed during the Malayan Emergency, the ceremony was held at Lamjung Camp in 1954.

The QG SIGNALS celebrated its 74th Regimental Birthday Parade on Sat 16 Sep 23 at Bramcote station. The parade was witnessed by the Col of the Regt Brig Mike Fayers, Corps Col R SIGNALS, Col BG, Comd and GM QG SIGNALS with past and present members, including their families.

Col of the Regt Brig Mike Fayers Saheb, accompanied by GM Saheb, including RHQ QG SIGNALS and a few serving Officers of the Paltan attended the QG SIGNALS Association (QGSA) members/families’ Annual Get-Together and Regimental Birthday Celebration on Sat 9 Sep 23 in London.

Gurkha Major and RSM QG SIGNALS during Unit Capbadging for Recruit Intake 2023 in Gurkha Company, Infantry Training Centre Catterick on Fri 25 Aug 23. 42 Trainees will be joining QG SIGNALS at the end of this year on completion of their basic training.

On 13 Jul 23, Corps Colonel @R_Signals Colonel NC Bruce ADC and @RSIGNALSCorpsSM WO1 Paul Steel paid their official visit to RHQ QG SIGNALS. They were formally welcomed to the Paltan and received Paltan’s updates from the Comd and GM Saheb. @Gurkha_Brigade @QGSAssociation
