There are some issues on a few servers including email servers, we are currently investigating those priority 1

The connectivity issues are now resolved, if you are still experiencing problems please open a support ticket. Note that we are still replying to tickets received today as well but given the high number it may take some time for a reply to be received while we are prioritising.

There are intermittent connectivity issues still connecting to Quadra Infrastructure, we are working through them with the highest priority.

The DDOS was stopped earlier today and so far there have been no further indications nor reports of an issue, if you still have problems please open an support ticket.

We are currently experiencing a DDOS attack impacting connectivity and overall responsiveness. The attack is currently being mitigated by our network team.

The server mysql5.quadrahosting.com (USA) is currently experiencing an issue, we are working on this problem priority 1.

Due to an issue at Telstra in NSW there are connectivity issues with the reachability of our servers from some ISP's. The issue is currently being investigated.

Original mail1 is now been recovered, emails received during the course of the morning to the backup system will be synced to the live one again but your original email folders and emails will be visible again.

mail.quadrahosting.com.au is now running on a backup server. Your emails will be MISSING but NOT lost we are also syncing email backups this server. We are recovering the original disk but this will take several hours to complete. Yes your emails will return!

The issue with mail1 albeit identified is still ongoing. We are working on this priority 1.

@RobinScallion Are you still having issues, I assume you are using the wrong server name, you will need to bypass/accept the certificate or correct your server name: quadrahosting.com.au/support/email.…

@QHUpdates (Cert error) The Certificate has been renewed to 2020, but its still not trusted and errors when trying send and receive email... 😤...sorry it’s still broken

All certificate updates have been propagated, this took some time to complete but please open a support ticket if you are still experiencing issues.

For those people still having certificate issues on iphone you are probably using http://mail. yourdomain .com rather than mailx.qnetau.com (where x is your mailserver number.
