A brilliant meeting with our audit colleagues this week, whereby we worked through AMaT and reviewed every nursing audit that exists on the system. This links with #wardaccreditation but the main purpose being how we could release time for staff #SLUDGE @BevanCommission @pgimmo

This week we held the 1st learning session for our PU & Falls Collaborative with discussions around standardisation, teamwork, care standards, creating a bundle and sharing challenges of implementing best practice. Thanks to @coachingchemist for unpacking the backpack with us!

We're paying tribute to @WelshBlood this week for sharing their #5MinuteImprovement initiative with us. We've now launched this at @CwmTafMorgannwg and look forward to empowering our staff to make the small changes which have a BIG impact #worksmarternotharder #5S #TIMWOODS
