5/ Finally, we used GeoMx WTA to validate both human-defined and machine-learning-identified protein features, confirming that spatial metabolic-immune interactions are important in TME states driving NSCLC progression.

🌌Patients with a higher proportion of a tumour neighbourhood that contained few immune cells was correlated with poor overall survival. We found that more GZMB+ CD8 T cells at a close distance to this neighbourhood was associated with improved survival. 3/6
