How often does the SAB meet with the club? We have around three face-to-face meetings with the club per season. These meetings are called by the club, who suggest an agenda. The SAB are able to add items to the agenda. 1/2

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we may: - raise it in a formal meeting with the club - use it to help shape the feedback the SAB provides to the club between meetings - share it directly with the Supporter Relations Manager at QPR

The minutes of our most recent meeting with QPR have now been received by the SAB for checking and approval, and will shortly be returned to the Club for signing off. We will provide an update when they are published at qpr.co.uk/club/supporter…

What is the SAB? The Supporter Advisory Board was set up in 2025 as the club’s primary form of supporter consultation. The group is made up of supporter group representatives and elected individuals, with representatives sharing their views on issues which impact the club’s fans
