Alex Neil last night confirmed that Massimo Luongo has suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. The injury, which occurred during Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship fixture against Queens Park Rangers, will regrettably rule the midfielder out for the remainder of the season. Massimo will undergo surgery in the coming weeks, followed by a comprehensive rehabilitation programme. Everyone at the club sends Massimo their support and best wishes on his road to recovery. 💙
