@Liathetrader Easier said than done. Most people on this platform have capital beforehand before tgey showcase their trades and big ideas. There is a huge diff between trading with 500 and 5000. No margin for error. the odds of success are not the same no matter how much risk is mitigated.

Typical mindset of a trader with a small account: Let me get as risky as possible with "cheap" stocks (usually below $10) and short-term options to win big. I don't have much to lose, so might as well. I've seen this behavior far too often. If someone has a big account, it usually means they also know how to protect their money.
