A Cardiologist under processing🫀❤️🩵 From great Syria 🇸🇾

I had an HIV/AIDS patient earlier this year. I was ready to discharge her, so I went into her room to remove her IV and get her set to leave I knelt down by her side to gently pull out the IV, it was really taped down. When I pulled it out, I felt something splash into my eye. One eye. I activated the emergency protocol; everything was actually blurry for real. Heart pounding, I stumbled to the eye wash station. In less than 30secs, the who of who of the hospital was in view, My supervisor took me straight to the ER while someone else took over the patient’s discharge. I was placed on 2 different antiviral medications for 30 days just as a precaution. I ran a test right away, which was negative. I took another test 60 days later, and it was also negative. I’ve been testing every 60 days since then, and I’m still good. Placing ourselves at risk is what we sign up for.
