Codatta Dataset Series: Refined TCGA-PRAD Prostate Cancer Pathology Dataset The TCGA-PRAD dataset needed a second opinion. So we got one. TCGA-PRAD is one of the most widely used prostate cancer datasets for AI model training — 435 whole slide images, each with a Gleason grade label. But the original labels were rough: no spatial context, no explanation, and some scores that didn't hold up under expert review.
