Total supply = genesis unlocks + mining emissions - SOAP burns.
Tomorrow, the Singularity Fork reduces the vested genesis baseline to ~1.33 billion QUAI.
If SOAP buybacks continue to fully offset ongoing mining emissions, net supply growth approaches zero over time.

Week 12 of SOAP: - 44,453 blocks mined across all chains (+9.4%) - $191,883 in Weekly Revenue (-17.0%) - $2,951,822 in Total Revenue (+6.9%) - $137.16B TVS across all chains (+5.1%) - 44,462,129 Total $QUAI burned (+13.0%) As to be expected, blocks discovered are up 9.4% this week, and TVS and total $QUAI burned continued their relentless upward climb. Weekly revenue pulled back due to Poisson distribution, and market forces generally concerned about the macro state of the world. Some bright news though, the singularity fork going live this week will be a force multiplier for block production. Oh, and $3,000,000 in protocol revenue. In 3 months. We're going to cross that milestone this week, LFQ. A look at hashrate over the last 7 days: - KawPow at 1.23 TH/s (-14.1%) - SHA256 at 385.41 PH/s (-17.6%) - Scrypt at 18.47 TH/s (-17.9%) Hashrate softened across all three algos this week, but this is attributed to the time of the data collection. The weekly high was 526 PH/s on SHA256 and 36.62 TH/s on Scrypt. I've been thinking about revising data collection here given the variability of hashrates fluctuating throughout the week and I'll detail more about this in my MoM report this Friday. The goal will be to provide a more accurate way of assessing overall hashrate during the week and providing the best possible data for dissementation. Speaking of updates, we had a MASSIVE announcement to share: The Singularity Fork is officially GOING LIVE! Release v0.51.0 is estimated to go live this week - node operators must update before Prime Block 1,530,500 (~March 19). 81% of future $QUAI unlocks permanently burned, 2x workshare limits, optimized mining rewards. Not only is the conviction being shown by the Foundation and investors formidable, it is telling. The future is bright! Tether is not just a stablecoin, it has huge investments in brain-machine interfaces, data centers, satellite surveillance (tied to lutnick also), content creation and much much more.
It will not only be a key part of the basis of the new digital dollar (which @markgoodw_in called back in 2021 when it was still an unpopular talking point), it is also meant to be an entire ecosystem for technocratic control.

@mattman according to @coingecko data, there are about 1B+ QUAI in circulation after the singularity fork will there be a tokenomics redesign to capture the unlocked tokens and their unlock plans?
