Here's how it works: A clinician records their consultation dictation and submits it via a simple form. The workflow transcribes the audio with OpenAI Whisper, cleans the transcript, sends it to GPT-4 with a clinical system prompt, and delivers a formatted SOAP note to the clinician's email, which is marked as a draft pending the clinician's review. In testing, the system accurately captured all documented symptoms, recorded every vital sign and examination finding, produced a clinically logical diagnosis, matched the management plan exactly, and added nothing beyond the original recording. There were no hallucinations, as I stated in the system prompt. The output was a draft ready for clinical review. The part I built most deliberately was the human review checkpoint. Every note starts as pending approval. The clinician, not the AI, is the gate between this draft and any clinical record. The person who scammed me off 180M was captured today, he lied he was in china all this while, but was in Nigeria with his wife. Dude lives in a house where he pays 17M as rent, and was even caught in a hotel with his wife. He will learn a lesson.

So, late 2024, someone came to me, asked me to invest 180M into an idea, plan was to give back my capital with interest after a short while. My lawyer was around, we signed papers. It’s been stories since then, this guy lied that he was suffering at some point, he later said he was in China, different story at different point in time. He then became unreachable for a long while, we were not even sure if he was still alive. Only for the police to start working on him recently, and they caught him today, in this same Nigeria. Lesson learnt tho, never again.
