Quite a bit of positive gamma exposure overhead on $SPY. $720 is the MVC and has significant negative exposure. $723-$725 holds elevated positive exposure. I am thinking we test $723 and then chop in that $723-$725 range; let's see how things change in the session.

🛢️ Oil market update: Crude Oil is down to ~ $101/barrel after U.S. President Trump announced Washington would move to “free” stranded cargo ships stuck in the Strait of Hormuz under a new initiative dubbed “Project Freedom.” The plan is aimed at helping civilian vessels flagged in non-conflict countries safely exit the contested waterway and resume operations. At the same time, Iran said it is reviewing Washington’s response to its latest 14-point proposal, adding to optimism around potential diplomatic progress and easing geopolitical risk premiums in crude markets.

Look at this. On Friday at the open, $SPY showed stacked positive gamma overhead, with $725 as the MVC, as seen in the image below. I waited for confirmation as Puts crossed calls and took Puts as it rejected the overhead positive gamma. $SPY dropped straight to our target, and I exited cleanly for +87%. All of this was shared on X as it was happening.
