Staking is new-ish to Tezos. Staking earns 3X more rewards than delegating. Most people are still delegating even though their app might have labeled it ‘staking’ when they started. Check to be sure, because if you’re not, you’re already losing money by not doing it! #Tezos

@BakingBenjamins @skllzarmy @knayawp @BakerIsland1 @tezos For this to really work, 3 things are missing: → 5-10% fee on sTEZ rewards → auto-burn $XTZ → Native integration in Tezos rollups via protocol-native tickets → sTEZ as standard collateral across the entire ecosystem.

Liquid staking as a common good. No centralization risks, no third party organization controlling installing queues. Open to all validators, governed by the protocol. The @Tezos way

@knayawp @tezos Avoiding centralization is great. But centralization of what exactly? An ecosystem that's been emptying for 3 years? Lido has that "problem" because $20B in TVL chose it. Tezos would love to have that problem.

Common good as in... it avoids a centralization risk (I'm pretty sure Youves folks themselves don't want Stacy to become a Lido-like centralization chokehold). Other liquid staking tokens can maybe compete with the native token by arbitraging the staking fee, the same way bakers will need to imho for native staking.
