At @Quantonation we have led the new seed round for VerticalCompute to solve the memory bottleneck with high density on-chip memory. As AI scales in a generationally significant buildout, the bottleneck isn’t just compute, it’s memory and how densely it can be packed. We're thrilled to partner with Sylvain Dubois, Sebastien Couet, and the whole Vertical team. In just over a year, they've already taped out their vertically integrated memory test chip and will keep moving fast.

@diraqQC has just published a landmark result in Nature Magazine: they've build performant quantum bits at IMEC's commercial CMOS foundry. This means that they'll be able to use existing semiconductor foundries to put millions of qubits on a single chip, paving the way for compact, economical quantum computers that can be integrated into standard data centers. These are exactly the kind of quantum technology breakthroughs we are supporting at @Quantonation and we're thrilled to be partnering with Diraq as they scale up.

Excited to be part of this coalition led by Roadrunner Venture Studios to build a next generation of quantum tech companies in their new $25M venture studio in New Mexico. There are opportunities for quantum founders in residence and an innovation led too!
