Yesterday marked the grand opening of the UK's National Quantum Computing Centre! We welcomed Lord Vallance and many other stakeholders and collaborators across the UK quantum ecosystem 🎉 It was a great opportunity to showcase the breadth of the NQCC's programme and our work!

Such a huge milestone for us!

Yesterday was our first time exhibiting at New Scientist Live! As always, it was great to get out there to do some science communication and represent the NQCC ⚛️ Special thanks to my fantastic outreach volunteers and our intern Alex who did our initial stand design!

It's 1 year since I started in my outreach and engagement job! Pivoting away from academic physics research into an education and science communication role was a great decision for me and I feel so much more fulfilled in my work 😊
