@Martyupnorth You are blatantly wrong - the Liberals led most the night. I would say you’re smarter than this but I’m not certain that you are.
English

@BertaMemes Oh look someone who doesn’t understand our electoral system, parliament or the word “dictatorship”
English

Very much agree here. There is definitely a sentiment that more complicate = better, but linear models can work wonders, and so much more efficiently than more complex tree-based models. That’s not to discount tree-based or non-linear models (they definitely have value when data is very messy) but people should always include linear models in their model assessments/comparisons.

@pegj_ @CanTrueCrime I literally went to Dollarama and bought red solo cups numerous times over the past 12 months. They also have the clear plastic cups. Perhaps sit this one out.
English

And this asshole is drinking out of a plastic cup, after banning them for the entire country🤡🤡🤡

@jingoflagwaver @OkieFBfan @esjesjesj Oh wow so convincing - mounds of evidence pointing in a direction other than the lab leak and you decide to post a clip from the fucking late show. So smart.
English

Im sorry this has been so thoroughly debunked you have to be a special kind of stupid to say it was “likely” where it started. Is it POSSIBLE - sure, but numerous lines of evidence (and just basic common fucking sense) demonstrate that it is INCREDIBLY UNLIKELY that’s where the virus started.
English

@esjesjesj It’s not a racist term. it’s literally the name of the lab that was likely were the Covid outbreak started…

English

@elonmusk Incredibly sad that the richest person in the world is also profoundly stupid. Just a world class idiot.
English

The vaccine dosage was obviously too high and done too many times.
I had the original Wuhan virus before there was any vaccine and it was much like any other cold/flu. Bad, but not terrible.
But my second vaccine shot almost sent me to the hospital. Felt like I was dying.

This should be headline news EVERYWHERE. A Pfizer insider who was former head of toxicology in Europe has just come out and said something that many "conspiracy theorists" suspected. He estimates that 20 000 to 60 000 people in Germany have died from the c*vid vaccine. This was said at a parliamentary enquiry commission in Germany. So why isn't this massive news being reported everywhere? Is the mainstream media that has recieved millions in funding from Bill Gates deliberately covering this up... 🤔
English

@JackHates1Amend @aeskiusalpinius @ThatAncapGuy You’re proving my point! They had rights in theory, but without enforcement those rights didn’t do anything to stop the violations.
That’s exactly why enforcement matters.
English

@QuartlyMachine @aeskiusalpinius @ThatAncapGuy Hitler didn't enforce them.
Do you believe German Jews had no human rights?
Or do you rightfully believe they had human rights but Hitler infrinfed upon them?
English

It's Great how people aggressively misunderstand this constantly.
We libertarians believe that most humans are inherently good and will organize help for those who need it voluntarily.
We simply reject the idea of forcing/coercing people.

English

@aeskiusalpinius @ThatAncapGuy Yeah you’re right in the abstract sense but we live in the real world where rights imply protection of those rights.
English

@QuartlyMachine @ThatAncapGuy Normative existence is not contingent on whether the standard is enforced or not. This is basic metaethics lol
English

If you look close enough you can see, perhaps with a microscope. the hair you’re splitting. If enforcement of a right requires labour then that right requires labour for it to be meaningful.
Either way this is all moot because no sane person would ever form a nonsensical society as you folks have framed it.
English

The right doesn’t demand the labor of others, the right is a moral standard and then a society can choose to protect that standard. The society could choose not to defend that standard, and that doesn’t negate the moral standard. Individuals still have the moral ability to act in opposition to those that are infringing on their rights, that is the most important aspect of rights.
English

@tr4freedom @ThatAncapGuy hmmm sounds like the labor of others!
English

@QuartlyMachine @ThatAncapGuy Governments are enacted to protect those rights. These rights don’t require those government systems, but are the reason why we have government because it makes more sense than everyone defending everything themselves.
English

@aeskiusalpinius @ThatAncapGuy They are not mere standards, they are fundamental rights - without enforcement they have no meaning. You can just call them suggestions.
English

@QuartlyMachine @ThatAncapGuy The existence of standards doesn't depend on enforcement
