Also @AmericanAir your lack of timely updates to flight statuses is appalling. We were supposed to begin boarding at 11:36, didn’t start until 12:20, flight supposed to leave at 12:11, flight status still said “on time” until 12:45. What a joke.
@AmericanAir I can’t wait to run to make my next connection due to your “mechanical issues”…again. 2nd time in less than a month. A 2 hour and an hour and a half layover should be enough time to at least use the restroom before boarding another one of your dirty airplanes.

@AmericanAir Your airplanes are also garbage. Dirty, garbage still in the pockets on the backs of the seats, random piece of metal sticking out of the armrest.
I’ve never had a good experience flying with @AmericanAir this is now my 3rd flight in a row that’s experienced a long delay due to “mechanical issues”. Unacceptable.
