@BiedermanRob just curious of what you mean by talented? like financially successful? will be happy with the way they spent their life on their death bed? In some ways, I think people lack talent if they work so frequently that they’re escaping the rest of their life/relationships

@BiedermanRob maybe you just noticed email-answering is a declaration of obedience to your expectations, and people who repeatedly declare obedience to you—they’re the most useful to you. Maybe they’re useful to other people too, or accomplish occupational goals quickly

Continue to find that the most talented people I know (including world class successful ones) reply to emails virtually instantly, and lesser folks do not.

Hey anxiety therapists, how do you describe exposure therapy? I find the words “exposure therapy” to be so scary to most people. No one wants to feel exposed. It doesn’t evoke much positive stuff. Is there a better way to frame it?
