Been waiting for a refund from @vinted for over 7 weeks now, sent several messages and absolute radio silence - what is going on? I want my money back. How do I take this further?

@OfficialPLT losing the will to LIVE. I text you for help - no reply. I instagram message you - no reply. What am I supposed to do?!!! I’ve got only a few days left to return something and you’re not responding to anything I send asking for help! Terrible customer service.
