If you think about it, it's pretty insane that the YIMBY discourse is basically, "Let's build into oblivion so we won't have homeless people anymore." As if a lack of towers in transit deserts is why they're homeless.

@Bailyn_DeTocque @TweetBenMax Nothing was downzoned, meaning you could only build less than whats there now. It was all contextually zoned so it didn’t overwhelm infrastructure.
