HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DRAG DAY!⁠ ⁠ Founded in 2009, today is an annual event that aims to celebrate and recognize the Drag art all around the world by providing Drag artists with the space to expose their creativity and culture in a proper way.⁠ Who's your favourite Drag Queen?

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL NON-BINARY PEOPLE'S DAY!⁠ ⁠ Observed annually on 14 July, this day is aimed at raising awareness and organising around the issues faced by non-binary people around the world.⁠ Non-Binary persons are a key part of the Queer community.

On June 28, 1969, at the Stonewall Inn. But the LGBTQ community had enough! They fought back in a series of demonstrations. Today, the Stonewall Riots are considered a watershed event that transformed the gay liberation movement and the for LGBT rights in the United States.⁠

Gay or LGBT pride is the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people as a social group. Pride is the predominant outlook that bolsters most LGBT rights movements.⁠ BE LOUD & BE PROUD!

It's Lesbian Visibility Day!⁠ ⁠ Today is dedicated to celebrating lesbians and all of their achievements while also raising awareness of the discrimination still faced by lesbians - even from within our own community.⁠⁠ ⁠ Lesbians are a key aspect to the Queer community!⁠

Started in the mid 90’s by two college students, GLSEN's Day of Silence is a national youth movement that seeks to highlight the silencing and erasure of LGBTQ+ people in schools.⁠ ⁠ Together, we can Break the Silence, making our schools more inclusive for all.⁠

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL ASEXUALITY DAY!⁠ ⁠ Today is a new annual celebration of the asexuality community, started in 2021. The aim for is the day to become a coordinated worldwide campaign promoting the ace umbrella, including demisexual, grey-asexual and other ace identities.⁠

Happy Transgender Day of Visibility! Today is an annual event occurring on March 31 dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide, as well as a celebration of their contributions to society.
