Also, let me point out that the racial disparity on the topic of police is in the favor of black Americans. As we’ve already laid out, 50% of violent crimes are attributed to black Americans, primarily men between the ages of 15-35, yet more unarmed white people get shot yearly. Statistically, you have no argument here and white men should be rioting in the streets for being racially targeted since the fatality stats don’t match the crime stats, which means police are obviously racist against white people according to leftist logic…

So first it’s only because black Americans have been too oppressed not to commit violent crimes. Now it’s only because they get arrested more (which is untrue, it’s because half of the victims state it’s someone of that demographic or the perpetrators was caught in the act), which doesn’t negate the stats. Wrongful arrests happen all the time and has nothing to do with the topic because the reason they were arrested was because LE was looking for a different black individual who committed the crime. So try again with some facts…

And that doesn't take into account the fact that there's plenty of wrongful arrests because black people are overly targeted by the police.

Don matter if you agree with it, it’s coming from the top levels of the left. That is the whole reason for his remarks. If you didn’t agree with what Biden and our public schools do (as well as most institutions nowadays) then you’d agree with his statement, which is that when you hire based on race and ethnicity, you’re main criteria are race and gender ethnicity. If I know that’s how you hire and see few white people (who should be the majority in all work places based on population), then there is a greater chance your staff is only there due to characteristics out of our control. It’s not a hard concept…
