@joinonepay I would avoid them, they have no IT security or compliance team it seems , I don't have an account with them and they have been sending me these phishing messages since February , they asked to contact over DM said will take care of this I did that and they didn't do anything.

@joinonepay Someone's account email was updated to mine, company didn't even send a verification to confirm email address ownership, its evident they don't take account security seriously, I would be careful doing any kind of business with them.
