Starts with smoked sausage, boneless skinless chicken thighs, plenty of seasoning, solid chunks of temple meat, even more seasoning, onions, bell peppers, and celery browned down.
Add back the meat, ten gallons of water, taste-test before the rice, and finish accordingly.

No explanation needed here. If we were neighbors, I'd smell what y'all were cooking up from down the block. Add a dash of this seasoning, a sprinkle of those spices, and all the butter you can handle, and this crawfish boil looks as tasty as can be. The inclusion of vegetables like jalapeños and okra just takes this to the next level. The only thing I would've changed? Was to wash off those root veggies before they went in. I'm just not a fan of that much earth in my boil. Let's eat!

This woman is making her famous seafood Alfredo. She starts off by putting frozen cooked shrimp, crab and imitation crab onto the griddle. The she adds garlic and onions, cheese and jarred Alfredo and breaks up raw pasta.
She keeps cooking until she proclaims the noodles are al dente even though we see some raw ends sticking up. She has her husband be the taste tester for her creation. He takes one bite but I wonder why he doesn’t give his opinion on it. Would you or have you made this on the griddle, did she do it right?
