@starmangalaxy5 @iGreg7 In most rom hacks, yeah makes sense. There's a decent challenge getting past the first few gyms of difficulty hacks with 1st and 2nd stage mons in nuzlockes. I think it's an cool change of pace to have pokemon with much higher base stats available early in a difficulty hack.

@QuestSpec @iGreg7 I think 1st and 2nd stage pokemon are an important part of the pokemon experience.
