@Debenhams escalated an issue multiple times to receive an AI saying the same thing day in, day out. Can’t even make a complaint without AI. No customer service at all!

@Debenhams we will never ever buy another thing from Debenhams again. Bought an item and it’s faulty after 1 week …had to pay to send it back cheeky cunts …. £30 it’s cost us … hope you go out of business and..oh and keep your replacement paid by credit card so got money back
