I wish the Ahsoka show was animated!
Not only does the world look so ugly in live action but all of the characters become very dull and lifeless as well. There was no benefit from turning it into live action that animation couldn’t already achieve 🤷♂️

Dunno if this is a hot take but clone troopers look leagues better in CGI than live action.
The fact a 20+ year old movie looks better than a modern show with a similar production budget is crazy

not to go on a tangent but i think a big reason why i dislike ahsoka's adult characterization so much is because they tried to force her into being this gandalf type character who is ominous and wise and almost detached from reality, and in doing so

Actually the issue was that it was offensively bad

Genuinely think the issue with Kenobi is that people just didn’t get it. It was extremely clear, and maybe the show didn’t deliver as an episodic tale, but it was easily the most meaningful Star Wars to come out in years.
