Interestingly, our 26 yr old daughter had a bbq at the weekend attended by 30-odd friends of a similar age. Being a bright bunch, the discussion turned to politics and the overwhelming majority stated that they couldn’t abide Labour and Starmer in particular. They also said that they intended to vote for the Reform Party whenever they could.

I am struggling not to actively despise our prime minister. I have never felt that way about any previous PM of any political party and do not want to feel that way. How can he be this bad?

@IsabelOakeshott Connolly is a political prisoner, in prison because of Starmer's handling of Southport. He stood in Downing St and lied about it being a far right plot and then said anyone involved would be made to 'live to regret' being involved. Judges obliged. Here is the evidence -
