@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Hi, i was able to contact and for the relevant paperwork send an email to teamcoaches and they would send within 7 days. I did this and have emailed a handful of times now to confirm the request has been received, there's still been no response!

@santanderuk I have a hearing disability meaning I cannot do phone calls. My morgage is with u Im trying to buy the freehold of my leashold and need 1 qs answering before I can instruct a solicitor. After visiting the branch advised I would be emailed 2 more visits same advice,

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk The live chat is not a team its a robot that just provides a link to the contact page it does not help, my solicitor advised the legal team would be the one to ask, is there an email for them? Or Alternatively a number is can try to find somone who can call on my behalf?

@santanderukhelp No! They advised they would get back to me no time frame then I went back in and they said they had my details and then I was advised the person was on annual leave! But, it was my understanding that its a department, I was just being dismissed. Can an email address please be pm

@santanderuk Disgusting. This is making me consider changing my morgage provider when im able to. Being hearing impaired already restricts me in so many ways having to keep visiting the branch to be lied to just makes reminds me of my struggle. Hopfully in person mettings do cone back!

@santanderuk Not willing to provide the contact email of the correct people to speak to and advised inhold meetings are no longer somthing that is done so this is my only option. I would not mind this if 3 weeks and 3 visits had lead to me being able to have the qs answered. Visiting again

@vuecinemas @jokermovie Even people with full hearing range watch with subtitles. Will more showings become a thing in the near future? I just miss seeing a film on its release day and having to wait days sometimes weeks for 1 showing that has subtitles

@vuecinemas I really use to enjoy seeing new releases, but, with my hearing loss need subtitles. There are always only 1 or 2 st viewing for the entire screening of films, it's so disappointing. Was really hoping to see @jokermovie but, currently no st showing at the leicester 1
