As the year comes to an end, I’m grateful for the opportunity to expand my RE portfolio.Below are 2025 projects completed. 2 out of 3 flips completed. 1 purchased late 2024, two this year. Refi the two completed to add to rental portfolio,now 4. Last flip to be completed in 2026

I spent the last 3-4 years focusing on residential properties abroad. Now my mind is focused on commercial properties. Mind progression is good.

@theMadridZone I’ll take this w/a pinch of salt. He’s the only coach I’ve seen so far that gives the deserving players a chance to play, which mostly are Spanish young players. Even the so called snr Carvajal and the likes played, albeit not as much but all had a chance to proof themselves.

They believe he only prioritizes the stars of the team, playing them no matter what they do on the pitch, and making them fully UNTOUCHABLE, while he doesn't give the Spanish players opportunities to play. Buying a home right now is the dumbest financial decision you can make. Mortgage at 6%. Property taxes. Insurance. Maintenance. Your rent? A fraction of all that. Renting is clearly the obvious choice… …until you find out homeowners are 43x wealthier than renters. The whole debate is completely person-specific. • Young, no kids, don’t know where you’ll be in 5 years? Renting is probably the best move for you today. • Have a family and putting down roots? Buying is probably the best move. Most financial debates are just people defending their own choices.

If you run into mold on a real estate purchase, here’s what you should do 👇 The internet will tell you to hire a licensed remediation company. They’ll show up in hazmat suits…then hand you a $10k bill. Instead: • Rent a mold fogger from Home Depot • Buy Concrobium • Spray the hell out of the entire areas • Take care of whatever is causing the moisture issue I’ve done this on many flips, and it’s handled the issue every time. Once the mold is taken care of, nothing to disclose at resale (at least here in GA). Few hundred bucks vs. thousands.
