What an incredible final night at the @EdinburghTattoo 2026 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, Australia! 🇦🇺 The Central Band of the RAF has now travelled to Auckland, New Zealand, for the final three shows (19–21 Feb 26) at the iconic Eden Park Stadium 🇳🇿 #RAFMusic 🎺✈️🥁

A one minute silence was also held to mark the memorial in Brisbane, Australia, where RAF Musicians are currently taking part in the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo South.

Joined by families and friends, the Services were led by the Chaplain in Chief and Archdeacon for the Royal Air Force, AVM Legood and Padre (Wg Cdr) Hodder, with wreaths and tributes laid on behalf of Royal Air Force Police and Royal Air Force Music Services Association.

Memorial Services were held at RAF Cranwell and Royal Air Force Northolt to honour the 19 Musicians, RAF Policeman and their driver, who tragically lost their lives in a road accident in Langenbruck, Germany, on 11 Feb 1985.
