We are already working on your concern based on the trial email received. Our technician visited the vehicle and found that the device is damaged. Since the device is out of warranty, the replacement cost will be payable.

It works—or fails—only through the company’s own app & backend logs.
Repeating the same reply on calls & emails shows service failure, not resolution.
