Despite the shutdown, there are reports of payouts still being honored by MyForexFunds.
A trader confirmed receiving funds tied to multiple six-figure accounts - even though the request was made on the final day.
Unexpected - but noteworthy.
If consistent, this could shift sentiment for many affected traders.
We’ll continue monitoring closely.

Honestly did not expect this at all when the firm got shut down, but I received my payout split overnight from one of accounts! Thank you @MyForexFunds for making right, even though the shut down was not your fault! I had 6 x 100k accounts at the time (another of which I requested profit split on the day of shutdown) so will be interested to know what will now happen with the rest, but great start from MFF to getting back on track - I will definitely come back to you guys when you reopen!

We have completed the review of a complaint related to the December Trading Competition.
Following direct coordination with @GoatFunded, the firm confirmed that the participant was disqualified due to a violation of competition rules, specifically the use of multiple email accounts to participate.
In accordance with the firm’s policy, such activity results in disqualification from rewards and may also lead to restriction from future competitions. The firm further confirmed that this decision was formally communicated to the participant via email.
Based on the information provided and the applicable policy framework, the case has been fully reviewed and is now considered closed from our end.

📢 Complaint Review – @AlphaCapitalUK
A recent complaint was submitted on VerifyProp regarding .
We conducted a full review of the case and coordinated with the firm to understand the situation from both sides. The firm’s official response has now been shared with the client.
Here’s a clear breakdown of what happened:
The trader had reached the qualification stage for the Alpha Prime program. This program is designed as a transition from simulated funded accounts to a live trading environment.
According to Alpha Capital’s policy, once a trader qualifies for Alpha Prime, they are expected to transition into this program.
If the trader chooses not to proceed:
– A final payout is issued
– The funded account is closed
– The relationship with the firm is concluded
In this case, the trader declined the Alpha Prime transition.
As a result, the firm proceeded in line with their stated policy by issuing the final payout and closing the account.
Important clarification:
There was no rule breach involved.
There was no payout denial.
The closure was strictly policy-based.
While this may feel restrictive from a trader’s perspective, the condition is clearly defined in the firm’s terms.
