4/ While some hotel closures were announced by the Home Sec, this must go further. The 2026 contractual break is a chance to replace hotels with community-based solutions: local housing that’s cost-effective and stable.

1/ Yesterday, we delivered our petition to No. 10 Downing Street and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, calling for an end to using hotels as asylum accommodation. With over 500 signatures, it’s clear: the system is failing families, and urgent change is needed. #ProtectAsylumSeekers

Our client has lived in the UK for 37+ years. The Home Office denied her private life app, claiming a 4year gap in objective evidence—despite written testimony proving her presence. RAMFEL appealed& a judge ruled in 1 day in her favour. Justice served, but what a waste of time?🙄

🥳🥳🥳 Some excellent holiday news. Our 16yr old client has been given indefinite leave to remain. He's lived in the UK since age 2 & this country is all he knows. Despite this, it cost him nearly £3K to secure permanent immigration status. Now though his future is secure.
